Villa Bavaria is a spacious, beautifully furnished villa situated in the town of Somerset West with fantastic sea and mountain views.
The villa has a spacious entrance hall and living areas. The lounge has a Philips Matchline TV and DVD player, video recorder DEUKOM (German television) and HiFi system.
The Gourmet kitchen with granite work plates, washing machine, dryer, Dishwasher, touch-screen-ceramic-hob (all BOSCH), fridge, freezer, microwave. There is underfloor heating in entire living room and kitchen for those cold winter nights.

Villa Bavaria has 3 Bedrooms, The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. All the bathrooms have exquisite fittings and marble top basins.The villa is equipped with insect protection blinds from Italy on all the windows.
The lovely garden is large with old trees scattered about and features a granite fountain. The villa has an indoor solar heated pool with a sunroof. An additional heat pump warms the pool on cloudy days and in winter.
The villa has a spacious verandah with sea views and patio for entertainment and relaxation. The villa is safe and secure with two alarm systems, one for the house and another covering the garden for complete security and peace of mind.
The House is serviced twice a week for washing, ironing and cleaning. |
