Grasdale is a delightful cottage in the Somset West region with spectacular views of the False Bay coastline and nearby mountains.
This cottage is ideally situated in a tranquil location, yet still just a short drive from the shopping centres and restaurants of Somerset West and the beachfront at Strand. It is also a short hop to many of the famous vineyards in the Cape Winelands.
This comfortably furnished cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is suitable for up to 6 people. The living room with wide glass double doors exits to the terrace. The large, spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare some great home cooking.
A fabulous courtyard with a pool and magnificent views is ideal for drinks at sunset and relaxing on hot summer days.
The House is serviced twice a week for washing, ironing and cleaning. |
