A nice house in a tiny settlement in the West Coast Jakkalsfontein Nature Reserve right on the water on the west coast, totally idyllic and quiet, but something more "off the beaten track".
There is near a farm house, where you get the bare necessities. For great shopping, you must (15 min.) then Yzerfontein Langebaan or after (30 min.) or all the way to Cape Town (40 min.). In this settlement there is a community center and a community pool, where just over Christmas and New Year a little more going on. Otherwise, it is very quiet. Many of the houses are only occasionally occupied by the owners at the weekend.
The house has two double bedrooms and another room with three beds, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, terrace and a garage. Cleaning can be arranged flexibly. |
