Residence Schoengelegen is located in the beautiful town of Somerset West in a quiet residential area on a cul de sac. Schoengelegen is the perfect place for a peaceful holiday. The Residence is close to the shopping areas and restaurants of Somerset West and the wonderful beaches of the False Bay coastline town of Strand.
The Residence offers a spectacular views of The Cape Town area and the magnificent mountains around Somerset West and is truly a delightful place to enjoy the sunset on the sun deck whilst indulging in a glass of wine from Cape Towns famous wineries. |
The Residence has two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The house has a spacious interior, a fully equipped kitchen with connected laundry and a second small living room where one can make phone calls or watch TV.
The Residence has a lovely garden to enjoy and a pool for those hot summer days. There are two terraces in the front and back of the house where one can relax as the sun rises and sets.
Below the house is garage and a car port. The House is serviced twice a week for washing, ironing and cleaning.
